History

At Fisher Bus Service we're proud of our history!

1946: INCEPTION

Fisher Bus Service came to inception when we started service to the Hamburg Central School District with the purchase of two buses.

1951: HAMBURG

Purchased two additional buses to service the Hamburg Central School District.

1956: TEN BUSES

Successfully bid and awarded contract for full service of the Hamburg Central School District, operating with ten school buses.

1979: ORCHARD PARK

Successfully bid and awarded contract for service of the Orchard Park School District. We were the successful bidder for twenty-three routes.

2017: EXPANSION

Expanded our fleet by 30 specialized transportation vehicles in order to help transport children with special needs.

Present: 103 AND COUNTING

Our current fleet consists of 103 school buses! Operating regular routes for the Hamburg Central School District and the Orchard Park School District, and available for charter services for all types of groups and organizations.

Fleet

Our fleet is continually updated to include new, modern, safe and reliable buses. Our specialized maintenance crew takes pride in keeping our buses clean and in top condition. This allows us to maintain the highest safety rating from the NYS Department of Transportation. You can feel confident with our New York State 19A Certified Drivers - experienced men and women specially trained for their work.

Fisher Bus Service maintains Western New York's newest and most comfortable fleet of school buses. Our maintenance staff is second to none ensuring a smooth and safe ride.
